with cashew butter and cocoa nibs
1 TBS Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 tsp Organic runny Honey
1 TBS Ground Flaxseeds (+ extra to garnish)
Almond or Rice Milk to cover as directed in method
Organic raw Cashew, Almond or Peanut Butter
Organic Cocoa Nibs (optional)
Decore the apple and cut into rough chunks. Blitz apple with a dash of cold water, honey and cinnamon in a food processor or high speed blender such as a Nutribullet.
In a the bowl you are going to eat out of add the chia and ground flaxseeds, then scoop the apple mix on top.
Pour enough almond or rice milk into the bowl to cover everything then then mix all ingredients together . Dust the top with a thin layer of flaxseed and cocoa nibs and dollop 1 teaspoon-ish of your nut butter of choice.
Leave the bowl to set for 10 mins before diving in!
