“After only 3 weeks, I felt great! I had lost 10lbs, I had more energy, and had lost about 2 inches off my bust/waist/hips! More importantly, my dress fitted beautifully and I got loads of compliments!”
My battles with my weight are long and boring. I started putting on weight when I was a teenager and it crept on steadily until I realised how unhappy I was with it.
I attended Emma’s seminar on “The Truth About Fat Loss” having already had some idea of the plan from Emma’s ‘7 Secrets of Lasting Fat Loss’ e-book and became more motivated to eat more cleverly and more healthily!
The plan is really helpful – especially the recipes. The first week allows you to gradually remove things from your diet, while still being able to have the odd cup of tea. I really enjoyed making new and healthier meals, and introducing different fruits and veg into my diet. After 3 days of headaches (due to caffeine withdrawal), I felt brighter, less bloated and less tired as I was now getting better quality sleep.
Having a target (which isn’t necessarily a weight-loss one) was good. It was my birthday at the end of the detox period, and I had a dress I wanted to fit into. I took some photos of myself in the dress pre-detox, so I could remember how I had looked before.
Emma’s emails were helpful too – they reminded me why I was doing the plan, and helped keep me on track.

I would totally recommend this eating programme to anyone. I call it an “eating programme” rather than a diet because it teaches you a way of eating for life, rather than just for a short time. I still use many of the recipes as they are so tasty (My favourites are the chicken and buckwheat salad, and the lentil Dahl!!) and am still relatively caffeine-free, though the odd coffee does sneak in occasionally.
Thanks Emma! You have developed a plan that is tasty, healthy and gets results!
