Before working with Emma my diet wasn’t great and I often skipped meals as I often thought I was too busy to prepare a healthy meal. I believed that eating healthy was difficult and stuck to the traditional 5 a day but drank lots and lots of caffeine to keep me going through the day.
I decided to get Emma’s help with my diet as I loved running but did little else to support this. Emma helps you through each step at a time and is very reassuring. I found it difficult to understand the science behind nutrition and how hormones affect weight loss even though I’m a nurse! This embarrassed me a little but Emma takes time to share her knowledge and helps you reach your goals without comparing you to anybody else.
