1 warm or cold Chicken breast (shredded or thinly sliced)
2 large or 4 small cabbage or Romaine lettuce leaves
½ Avocado
1/2 a Carrot (grated)
Tabasco sauce, Lemon juice and Pepper to taste
Feta, Avo & Pinenuts
2 Large or 4 small Cabbage or Romaine lettuce leaves
8-10 1cm cubes of Feta Cheese
½ Avocado
½ Carrot grated
1 ½ TBS Pine nuts (whole or crushed)
1 TBS Hummus (optional)
Method
Evenly layer the fillings on each lettuce leave, wrap the leaf around the ingredients and devour.
