Pro Green (protein) Smoothies

Greena-Colada

In a high speed blender, add the ingredients in the following order and blend until smooth.

1/4 avocado . 1 handful of spinach . 1 cup unsweetened coconut water . 1/2 cup coconut milk . 1-2 scoops of Pea Protein Plus (recommended) . 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple


Koko-Kale

In a high speed blender, add the ingredients in the following order and blend until smooth.

1 banana . 1+1/4 cups water .  ¼ cup coconut milk . 1-2 scoops of Pea Protein Plus (recommended) . 1 tsp organic cocoa powder . 1 tsp raw natural honey . 1 handful of Kale leaves


Spinach Berry Bliss

In a high speed blender, add the ingredients in the following order and blend until smooth.

1 banana . 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries . 1 cup filtered water . 1/4 cup almond or rice milk . 1 tsp raw natural honey .  2 scoops of Pea Protein Plus (recommended) . 1 handful baby spinach (goes on top nearest the blades).


Lemony Green Tea

In a high speed blender, add the ingredients in the following order and blend until smooth.

1 banana . 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries . 1-2 cups (large mug) of cooled brewed organic green tea . 1 tsp raw natural honey .  juice of 1/2 lemon . 1-2 scoops of Pea Protein Plus (recommended) . 1 handful baby spinach, kale or any leafy greens.


Kermit

In a high speed blender, add the ingredients in the following order and blend until smooth.

1 banana . 1 handful of chopped cucumber . 1 celery stick . 2 cups water . 1-2 scoops of Pea Protein Plus (recommended) . 1 tsp raw natural honey . 1 handful of spinach or kale.


Herby Green

In a high speed blender, add the ingredients in the following order and blend until smooth.

2 handfuls of baby spinach . 1 small handful each of fresh mint and parsley . 1 TBS fresh lemon juice . 1 apple or pear (diced) . 1 tsp raw natural honey to sweeten if desired . 1-2 scoops of Pea Protein Plus (recommended) 1+1/4 cup water (or more if preferred).


Envy

In a high speed blender, add the ingredients in the following order and blend until smooth.

1 banana . 1 small gem lettuce  . 1/4 cup fresh fennel (chopped) . 1 apple diced . 1-2 scoops of Pea Protein Plus (recommended) . 1+1/4 cup water . 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon . 1 tsp agave nectar or honey.
