Ingredients
For the bowl
1 small handful each of fresh raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
1 small handful each of dried goji berries, cranberries and raisins (optional)
1/2 or 1 small banana
1 TBS dried coconut flakes
1 TBS diced / chopped nuts of your choice
For the Berry Stew
1 cup of mixed frozen berries
2 Tsp raw honey or 1/8 tsp pure stevia leaf powder
dash (approx 1tsp) of water
Optional Plain Greek yogurt for serving
Method
Make the Berry Stew
In a small saucepan over a medium heat melt the berries, honey and dash of water together – add stevia once berries have stewed and stir thoroughly
Transfer to a serving bowl, fill one 1/4 of the bowl, fill the remaining three quarters with one pile of each of the fresh berries
Garnish the top the whole bowl with banana (sliced), dried fruit nuts and raisins and coconut flakes. Optional to serve with plain Greek yogurt or simply enjoy the berry bliss as it is.
